Andrew supports Elevate clients across a variety of issue areas, including aviation, transportation, energy, and technology. Prior to joining Elevate in July 2025, Andrew interned for Amtrak’s Government Affairs Department and High-Speed Rail Development Department. Andrew also previously interned in the U.S. House of Representatives and the Massachusetts House of Representatives where he supported fellow staff members with legislative work and constituent services. Andrew is originally from Needham, Massachusetts. Andrew is a recent graduate from the George Washington University holding a B.A. in International Affairs, Political Science, and a Minor in German Language and Literature.
