Caitlin supports clients across many issue areas, including defense, transportation, aviation, and local government. Before joining Elevate, Caitlin completed five Congressional internships across both chambers, including working for the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development. Through her internship experiences, Caitlin worked on a variety of policy areas and received invaluable exposure to the legislative process, which she is excited to build on at Elevate.
Originally from Rehoboth, Massachusetts, Caitlin graduated from The Catholic University of America with a B.A. in World Politics, a Certificate in Intelligence Studies, and a Minor in Theology and Religious Studies. During her time at Catholic, she also ran the Catholic University Intelligence Club and studied abroad through the International Security and Intelligence program, hosted at The University of Cambridge.
