Romael joined Elevate in March 2026 as an Associate. He supports clients in the local government, energy, technology, and transportation areas. Romael was a Public Policy Fellow at Monument Advocacy prior to joining the firm. Previously, Romael worked as a government consultant at Guidehouse, working with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Communications Commission, and the UK’s Ministry of Defense. Romael also has experience working in ESG research, think tanks, public relations, and interned on Capitol Hill. Romael holds a master’s degree in data analytics & public policy from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University.
